Our Services
Three services, clearly scoped — each one a sensible place to begin
From a single assessment session through to an ongoing monthly partnership, every Pulau Systems service has a defined scope, a written agreement, and a fixed price before any work begins.
Back to HomeHow We Work
Our methodology in plain terms
We begin every engagement by listening. Before recommending any tool or connection, we spend time understanding what your business actually does each day — where tasks repeat, where information gets copied by hand, and where small delays add up over a week.
From that picture, we identify a small number of places where a well-chosen tool could save meaningful time. We are not trying to find the maximum number of places to intervene. We are looking for the two or three that are genuinely worth the effort.
Every change is documented before it is built, tested before it goes live, and explained to the staff who will use it. Our job is not finished when a connection is technically working — it is finished when the people relying on it feel confident using it.

Service 01
Lay of the Land
S$190 · One session
A relaxed assessment for owners who want a clear picture of where supportive tools could fit before deciding anything. We map your current routines and mark a few realistic opportunities, along with the spots best left as they are. Suited to small retailers, trades, and neighbourhood services.
What is included
- One working session at your premises or by video call
- Short written opportunity map delivered within 3 business days
- Plain summary of what would help and what would not
- Honest view of time and cost involved for each opportunity
- A calm set of next steps — with no pressure to proceed
How it works
We schedule a session at a time that suits you — typically a half-day morning or afternoon.
We talk through your daily routines, current software, and the tasks that feel most repetitive or error-prone.
Within a few days, you receive a written map covering opportunities, honest caveats, and a suggested order of priority.
Best suited for: Owners who have heard about supportive tools but are not sure whether they apply to a business like theirs.

Service 02
Bridging Setup
S$345 · ~3 weeks
For teams tired of copying the same information between apps. We connect supportive tools that let your systems share details cleanly — quotes, bookings, and customer notes flowing where they are needed. Built for small offices using several disconnected apps.
What is included
- Connection work between up to three existing apps
- Written connection diagram explaining what flows where
- Testing under realistic conditions before go-live
- Staff walkthrough session on the day of go-live
- Fortnight of attentive follow-up after launch
How it works
We review the opportunity map (from a Lay of the Land or an initial call) and agree on which connection to build first.
We build and test the connection over roughly three weeks, checking in with you at each stage.
We walk your team through the new flow and stay attentive for the first fortnight in case adjustments are needed.
Best suited for: Teams who have completed a Lay of the Land, or who already know which repetitive task they want to address first.

Mainland Support Plan
S$570 / month · Ongoing
An ongoing monthly partnership for businesses that would rather entrust their tools to a steady hand than tend them alone. We monitor your assistants, refine them as needs change, and check in regularly with clear, modest reporting. Ideal for firms planning gentle, sustainable growth.
What is included
- Ongoing monitoring of your connected systems
- Periodic tuning as your business needs change
- Weekday email and phone support access
- Quarterly plain-language review of what is working
- Month-to-month — no long-term contract required
How it works
After a setup (or if you have existing integrations), we onboard your systems and begin regular monitoring.
Each quarter we send a short written review covering performance, any issues addressed, and what we suggest looking at next.
You have weekday access to our team for questions or requests. One month's notice cancels the plan — and we prepare a tidy handover if needed.
Best suited for: Businesses that have completed a setup and want the tools maintained by someone who already knows them well.

Many clients begin with a Lay of the Land and proceed from there. There is no obligation to continue after any single service.
Professional Standards
What applies across all three services
Written scope agreement
Scope is confirmed in writing before work begins. Any change to scope is discussed openly before it affects cost or timeline.
PDPA-aligned data handling
We handle client information in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and do not share it with third parties.
Tested before handover
Nothing is considered complete until it has run correctly under realistic conditions. We test before we hand over.
Documented deliverables
Every integration we build is documented so that you — or another advisor — could understand and maintain it independently.
Accessible support
Support plan clients have weekday access to our team. We aim for same-day responses and always reply within one business day.
No lock-in
The monthly plan requires one month's notice to cancel. There are no minimum terms, penalties, or tie-in conditions on any service.
