The Lay of the Land session is one working day — usually a morning or afternoon. We prepare the written map within a few days after that.
Will I have to replace the software I already use?
Very rarely. Bridging Setup is specifically designed to work between the apps you already have. We build connections, not replacements.
What kind of businesses do you typically work with?
Small retailers, trades, neighbourhood services, and small offices — typically with between two and fifteen staff. If you run a business where certain tasks feel repetitive, there is likely something we can do.
Can I cancel the monthly plan if things change?
Yes. The Mainland Support Plan runs month to month. We ask for a month's notice, which gives us time to prepare a tidy handover if you need it.
What does S$190 cover in the Lay of the Land?
It covers the full session, our preparation time, the written summary document, and a follow-up call to walk through the findings. There are no additional costs attached to the assessment itself.
